Sun 31 Cancelled - as confirmed by the Westmorland Country Agricultural Society.
Sat 30 Country Fest Ceilidh, Crooklands
CWFWI were going to host this event but because of Country Fest closure it is cancelled.

This event has been cancelled. All delegates, WI Advisers and Observers will be informed.
Fri 19 - Trip to Falkirk Wheel, Kelpies, Royal Highland Show

Tues 14 CWFWI Centenary Evening Cruise, from Lakeside, Windermere
Please note: The Federation Trustees will make a decision on whether this event is able to
go ahead and will inform members via the emailed bulletins to Presidents & Secretaries.

We will let WIs and members know whether this event can go ahead as soon as possible.
Sat 24 CWFWI Centenary Annual Meeting, Coronation Hall, Ulverston
We are looking forward to this grand celebration once WIs are up and running again -

2 Federation Fun Quiz, Various Venues
Always popular, let's hope we are all back together to enjoy this tremendously fun evening.
6 Centenary Harvest Supper, Masonic Hall, Station Road, Kendal
We will look forward to this friendly get-together with live music and delicious food.
11 Dabble Day, Scales
Members can have a go at some new craft challenges.
18 Dabble Day, Endmoor
Craft challenges to have a try at at this central venue.
20 Diwali Celebration, Unitarian Schoolroom, Kendal
We aim to invite community groups to join us and inform us about this important festival.
25 Dabble Day, Colby
Members in the north can have a go at new crafts too.

3 Christmas Coffee Morning, Coronation Hall, Ulverston
This has been gaining momentum in recent years as a great sociable gathering for WIs.
Come and join us.
4 Christmas Readings & Carols, Kendal Parish Church, 2pm
Seasonal musings with words and music and not to be forgotten our contribution to the Christmas Tree Festival. Covid-19 isolated WI members are knitting decorations for the tree already. Hooray!
11 Christmas Readings & Carols, Appleby Methodist Church, 2pm
This was a wild success when revived in 2019 and so we are going to run this lovely event again.
Due to the current Covid 19 (Coronavirus) crisis, Cumbria-Westmorland Federation events for the Spring of 2020 have been cancelled or postponed.
As soon as there is news about events later in the year we will inform members via the regular 'Keeping in Touch' bulletins we have organised to be sent out to
Secretaries and Presidents until further notice.
